User Agreement

Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use Zingle. By accessing the app, you affirm that you meet this requirement.
Core features
- Top Streamers carousel shows trending creators and their online status.
- Live Now cards provide quick entry into active streams with a LIVE badge.
- Messages page lists recent conversations for rapid replies.
- Favorites displays saved creators in a compact grid.
- 1‑to‑1 Chat presents messages with your coin balance visible for interactions.
- Profile showcases biography, tagged interests, and actions like Chat and Video Call.
Virtual coins and purchases
- Coins are a virtual item with no cash value outside Zingle.
- Purchases are processed by Google Play; we do not handle payment card data.
- All sales are subject to Google Play policies. Refunds follow Google Play rules.
- Your coin balance is stored on your device and synchronized only as necessary to complete purchases.
Content and conduct
- Respectful behavior is required. Harassment, hate, illegal content, or exploitation is prohibited.
- Do not impersonate others or misrepresent affiliations.
- Do not attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or harm the service or other users.
- We may remove content or restrict access to protect users and comply with law.
Safety
- Do not share personal information publicly in streams or chats.
- Report abusive content or behavior via in‑app tools or the contact listed below.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for violations of this agreement or to protect the community.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
Zingle is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and limit liability for indirect or consequential damages.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after updates means acceptance.
